The aluminum print combines glossy surfaces with impressive, brilliant color and resistance against external influences. In a thermal sublimation printing process involving heat and high-pressure, the image is placed into coated, 1mm-thick aluminum and embedded into the coating. Consequently, the image is not on but rather in the aluminum. Extremely resistant, HD Metal prints are ideal for sheltered outdoor areas or more humid rooms. Due to the thin material, they are incredibly light, even in larger sizes.

Metal picture prints are created using a process called dye sublimation. There is also a traditional method in which photo printing is done directly on the metal surface, but it can get damaged or scratched off easily. With dye sublimation, the photo is infused directly as a hard coating to give longevity to the photo and protects it from any harm.

In the Gallery we also do custom sizes and custom framing, such as: Natural Raw Oak, Brown Recycled Timer (comes in a whitewashed/brushed as well) and Italian Matt Black and White. All customized frames and framing are included in the price, as is GST and shipping or home delivery by our team for all Australia customers.

HAS TO BE SAID…

Our system is fully color managed and we use a world class Photographic Specific Software RIP set-up exactly for our Printer, Inks and Paper & Canvas we print on to ensure we print your file exactly as it is chosen.

It may not look exactly the same as your screen as there are so many different variables e.g. the type of screen you have, the lighting in the room your screen is, the quality of your screen, its age, the ambient light, calibration and quality of calibration, your eyes and so on. So, if there is a variation from your screen and your end print that is ok, it just means we have printed the file exactly as you approved. Oran will always send you a proof to approve in the exact crop and size you have chosen. This will include your choice of black or white Oran Hassidim Photography signature and corner placement.

If you have ANY questions or you’re unsure about color management on your end PLEASE call us. We can advise you on all of these matters to ensure you’re getting the best result each and EVERY time!
